Holstien cow just freshened

Healthy smaller framed Holstien cow, I believe she's 7 years old. Never had issues birthing, breeds back well and has been with our 2 Holstien bulls since she calved.
She's never had an antibiotic, hormone or steroid since we got her 5 years ago, she's nursed her calves well and hasn't been milked by hand or machine. Last year, she nursed her calf and an orphaned one.
Her this year's calf is being retained by us, we're just reducing our herd.
